Okay Work-Life, Tough Logistics Schedule

Pros: As a Logistics Coordinator, I've had some decent days here. You get your standard benefits, and the team in the Kuala Lumpur office is usually pretty supportive, which helps when things get crazy. There's a solid vibe during slower periods.
Cons: The work-life balance can be really tough in this supply chain industry, especially when shipments are delayed. Expect long hours, often past official closing, to get distribution operations done. Weekends can be unpredictable too, making personal planning hard.
Advice to Management: Management should look into better staffing for peak periods and invest in more efficient routing software. This would ease the burden on individual Logistics Coordinators and improve overall employee morale. Show more
