Leadership has potential but needs work
Pros: The leadership team tries to give clear feedback on design projects, which is good for learning as a Graphic Designer. They're usually approachable for quick questions. It's a small firm, so you get direct interaction.
Cons: There's often a lot of micromanagement, especially on creative tasks. It can feel like they don't trust your judgment sometimes. Decisions for big design projects change often, which makes planning tough.
Advice to Management: Try to trust your team more on design projects. Give us the space to execute without constant oversight, especially for those of us in creative roles. It'll boost morale and efficiency. Show more
