Decent job security for Junior Consultants at Wize

Pros: Job security here is pretty decent, especially for entry-level consulting roles. We've got a steady client pipeline for our advisory services. The company doesn't seem to do frequent layoffs.
Cons: Growth can feel slow sometimes, so you might feel stuck if you're ambitious. Compensation for a Junior Consultant in the Boston office isn't top-tier. Sometimes it feels like they keep people just because they're warm bodies.
Advice to Management: Focus on clearer career progression paths for Junior Consultants. Improve compensation to be more competitive in the Boston advisory services market. Show more
