Slow growth for technical roles here

Pros: As a Junior Geologist, I got solid field experience in mineral exploration. It's good exposure to the Malaysian mining industry. There's some basic training available for new hires.
Cons: But real career growth feels super slow here. It's tough to see a clear path for advancement in technical roles. Promotions don't happen often, even with annual reviews.
Advice to Management: Managers should create clearer progression paths for employees, especially for core technical roles like geological surveys. More internal promotions would really help with morale and retention. Show more
