Okay place for new reps, but slow growth
Pros: They do offer good initial training for new Account Executives. I learned a lot about the B2B software sales process. There's a decent team vibe in the Atlanta, GA office, which helps with onboarding.
Cons: Career growth isn't really a priority; it's slow for reps who want to move up. You often hit a ceiling quickly, and promotions for more senior sales roles are rare. It felt like I was stuck in a general sales role with no clear path.
Advice to Management: Focus more on creating clear career paths and promotion opportunities for your sales team. Invest in professional development beyond initial training for your Account Executives to keep them engaged.
