Okay Pay, Benefits Are Just Average Here
Pros: The base salary for a Recruitment Consultant is actually pretty competitive, especially starting out. You can make good commission if you hit your targets, which is nice in talent acquisition. Getting paid on time is never an issue.
Cons: Health benefits aren't great; there's not much choice for plans. The 401k match is pretty weak compared to other firms. Don't expect huge bonuses outside of the commission structure either.
Advice to Management: Review the benefits package, especially health insurance and the 401k match. It's tough to retain good talent acquisition professionals when benefits are only average.

Okay for a Start in Staffing
Pros: The initial training is solid for new Recruitment Consultants. They really teach you about the fast-paced staffing industry. The team in the New York, NY office is generally supportive, making hybrid work days pretty good.
Cons: Career growth feels really capped for experienced Recruitment Consultants. You can hit your targets, but moving beyond a senior consultant role is hard. Is the work-life balance sustainable? Not really with the constant pressure and high expectations.
Advice to Management: Focus more on clear career paths for experienced Recruitment Consultants beyond just sales targets. Invest in developing leadership skills for managers, not just billing numbers.

Decent place, but job security feels iffy
Pros: You get good training here if you're new to the staffing industry. There's a lot of opportunity to learn fast, especially for junior Recruitment Consultant roles. The hybrid model for our New York City office staff is also a plus.
Cons: Job security is really tied to your commission, which can be tough. If your pipeline slows down, it feels pretty vulnerable. They don't always protect tenured employees during market dips, which makes you question stability.
Advice to Management: Consider offering more stability, especially for senior Recruitment Consultants during slower market periods. A slightly higher base salary or a more robust safety net would really help improve job security perception.
