Pros: I learned a ton about the renewable energy sector and energy efficiency projects as an Energy Project Manager. The team in the Singapore office is pretty supportive. It's a solid place to get your feet wet in this industry.
Cons: Career growth here is really slow. There aren't many clear paths to move up for technical roles like mine. It feels like a smaller corporate setup, so senior positions are pretty scarce.
Advice to Management: Need to create more defined career progression plans for individual contributors. It would help a lot with retention if employees saw a future beyond their current role.
