Pros: The team on the ground is pretty friendly. I liked my co-workers, especially other Resort Operations Coordinators. It's a decent place to get your feet wet in the hospitality industry.
Cons: Upper management feels out of touch sometimes. There's a lot of turnover, which makes it hard to build strong team bonds. Our Panama City Beach, FL office culture really needs more consistency.
Advice to Management: Listen more to front-line staff and invest in retaining good people. Better communication across departments would really help with overall morale.
