Cons: Career growth is tough; there aren't many clear opportunities to move up for engineering roles. I felt pretty stuck as a Product Development Engineer, with no real path to senior positions or new challenges.
Advice to Management: Please create clearer paths for internal promotions and invest more in professional development for technical staff. It would help retain talent.
