Solid Pay for Construction, Benefits Need Work

Pros: As a Project Coordinator, my base salary was pretty solid for the construction industry in Kuala Lumpur. They're good about paying on time, which I appreciate.
Cons: The benefits package isn't great; don't expect much beyond the basics for healthcare. There aren't many bonuses or extra perks, even when projects finish well.
Advice to Management: Re-evaluate the benefits package for all employees, particularly the healthcare options. Better incentives for project milestones would also help retain talent in the construction industry. Show more
