Advice to Management: Please work on clearer communication regarding company direction and strategy. Speed up decision-making processes to avoid project delays, especially for critical power solutions. Empower middle management more.

Pros: As a field service engineer, you get hands-on experience with diverse UPS systems. Initial training in power electronics was pretty solid, helped me get comfortable. It's a stable company in the industry.
Cons: Career growth isn't clearly defined at AEG Power Solutions. It's tough to see a path for moving up, especially in specialized renewable energy roles. Opportunities for internal advancement are pretty slow here.
