Pros: I've enjoyed the hybrid work arrangement, which gives some flexibility. As a Software Engineer, the projects in cloud services are often interesting. You learn a lot if you're keen in the Singapore office.
Cons: It's not always easy to maintain a good work-life balance, especially during crunch times. Expect to put in more than standard 40-hour weeks occasionally. The pace can be pretty demanding for a growing tech company.
