Pay is okay, benefits need work
Pros: As a Sales Executive, the base salary is decent for the Kuala Lumpur office. You can make a living, it's not terrible. The provident fund contributions are consistent too.
Cons: The commission structure for B2B sales isn't very rewarding; it's tough to hit higher tiers. Healthcare benefits are pretty basic and could really use an upgrade. Don't expect huge bonuses either.
Advice to Management: Seriously re-evaluate the commission plan for sales roles. Also, invest more in competitive health benefits; it makes a big difference for employee retention.
