Solid Production Work, Low Flexibility

Pros: The team here in Selangor is really solid. I've learned a ton about precision CNC machining as an operator. Benefits like health insurance are decent, too.
Cons: Work flexibility isn't really a thing. It's strictly onsite, 9-to-5, no remote options for my CNC Operator role. If you need to pick up kids or have appointments, it's tough.
Advice to Management: Think about offering even a little more flexibility, maybe with staggered shifts. It would really help with employee retention for production roles like CNC operators. Show more
