Digital Campaign Manager
3.0

Flexibility is Okay, Could Use Improvement
Pros: I do like that being a Digital Campaign Manager means I can mostly work remotely from Denver, CO. It saves me a ton of commute time. For a lot of our paid advertising campaign work, it truly doesn't matter where I'm physically sitting, which is a big plus.
Cons: The 'flexibility' often feels a bit inconsistent. There are times when I'm called into the main office for seemingly minor things. It makes planning around personal life a bit difficult when you're mostly remote but sometimes need to be onsite for a mid-sized agency.
Advice to Management: Really define what 'remote' means and stick to it. Don't call people in for meetings that could easily be virtual.
