Pay is just okay, benefits are decent
Pros: The health insurance plan is pretty solid, better than what I've seen in other construction industry companies. You get a decent annual bonus if the company hits its targets.
Cons: However, the base salary for a Project Coordinator in the Kuala Lumpur office is lower than industry average. It's tough to negotiate a higher initial offer.
Advice to Management: Re-evaluate compensation packages, especially base salaries for entry to mid-level roles. It's tough to attract and retain good talent when competitors offer more. Show more
