Requirements:

equivalent.
• Sales experience is required for this position (Direct Selling/ Retail/
Telesales).

Pros: They do offer a hybrid work model here. For a digital marketing agency, getting 2 days WFH is pretty solid. It helps a lot with personal appointments and avoiding rush hour traffic.
Cons: The onsite requirements felt a bit strict, especially for a Junior Digital Marketing Executive. We had to be in the Kuala Lumpur office 3 days a week, even when tasks could easily be done remotely. There's not much room to adjust that schedule.
Advice to Management: Re-evaluate the strict onsite policy for roles where remote work is efficient. Trust your digital marketing team more with tailored hybrid options. It would boost morale and productivity.
