Leadership is Decent, Some Room for Growth
Pros: Some senior managers are truly supportive, especially for those of us working as Process Engineers. They really back you up during tricky project execution phases in our water treatment projects. It's a decent corporate environment in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Cons: Upper management can feel pretty disconnected from the day-to-day work, especially for larger water infrastructure bids. Decisions on new solutions for environmental engineering projects often take way too long to come down. There's not always a super clear direction from the top.
Advice to Management: Listen more to project leads and front-line engineers. Streamline decision processes for new water infrastructure projects. Provide clearer strategic direction from the top. Show more
