Stable Place, Culture Needs Modernizing
Pros: The team camaraderie is solid here, especially among fellow Aircraft Maintenance Engineers. You feel a strong sense of belonging within your immediate crew. It's a big, established corporate player in the aviation MRO industry.
Cons: But the overall company culture can feel really old-fashioned. There's a lot of resistance to new ideas. It's tough to get managers to embrace fresh approaches in the Changi, Singapore hub.
Advice to Management: Listen more to the younger workforce. Try to implement new tech and ideas faster. Encourage a more open feedback loop to improve the overall company culture.

Leadership needs to pick up the pace
Pros: Job security is solid, which is a big plus in the aviation industry. As an Aircraft Technician, you get really thorough training here. The benefits package is pretty decent.
Cons: Leadership can be slow to adapt new tech for aircraft maintenance tasks. It feels like decisions take forever to get approved in this big corporate environment. There's just not enough recognition for the hard work done on the ground.
Advice to Management: Management needs to listen more to the ground staff and empower team leads. Embrace innovation faster in the MRO sector.
