Pros: Job security is solid in this corporate environment, which is a big plus. As a Logistics Coordinator, I always knew my tasks. The team in the Kuala Lumpur office is generally supportive.
Cons: Work flexibility is a real challenge for operational roles like mine in the freight forwarding industry. Don't expect much WFH. It's mostly onsite work with pretty fixed hours, making personal stuff tricky.
Advice to Management: Consider implementing more flexible work arrangements, especially for long-term employees. It would really help with employee morale and retention in the current job market.
