Strictly Onsite, Not Much Flexibility Here

Pros: You get to learn a lot as an Architectural Assistant, especially on real-world projects. The team in the Kuala Lumpur office is pretty solid and helpful. It's a decent architecture firm if you want hands-on experience.
Cons: Work flexibility is almost nonexistent. It's strictly onsite, no remote work or even hybrid options, which can be a pain for personal appointments. Long hours are common, especially when project deadlines hit.
Advice to Management: Consider introducing some work-from-home days or at least flexible hours. It would really boost morale and make it easier for Architectural Assistants to manage personal stuff without feeling guilty. Show more
